In 2016, at the request of parents, Sohail Abbas laid the foundation of Adamjee Schooling System. The institution was built on strong values, consistency, and the belief that education should develop character alongside academic learning. Respect, care, and growth remained at the core of its mission.

During the COVID-19 crisis in 2020, when the education system came to a halt, Sohail Abbas set clear academic standards and ensured that learning continued without interruption. Guided by his belief that education has no fixed boundaries, he maintained continuity in teaching and academic quality. Many teachers and coordinators mentored under his leadership are now serving in key positions at reputed institutions.

The system was closed in 2023 due to sustained pressure to remain within a restrictive and outdated structure.
